Who I am.
I started my first business, Bliss Flow Yoga, on a shoestring budget, learning valuable lessons about how to achieve big dreams. With limited resources, my business was featured in the NY Times and I organically grew a strong email and social media following. I’ve launched businesses and worked in the diverse fields of food, wine and beauty. I’d love to bring my ‘start-up’ mindset to your organization!
What I do.
I’ve worked in a variety of industries and love to help grow a brand through good storytelling, strategic marketing and creativity. I currently live in the Willamette Valley of Oregon with my horses, Espresso and Romeo. In my downtime, you’ll find me discovering new indie wineries, rolling out my yoga mat or digging in the dirt on our small farm.
